Hi,
I don't really like eating many fruits or especially vegetables, so the ones that I do eat I'd like to know are best for me. So if someone could list some of the most healthy fruits/vegetables and some of the ones that aren't very health beneficial, that would be of great help to me! Thanks! |

there are quite a few fruits that can help you to get healthy. fruits like tomato, orange, apple, banana - they all are very rich in water and they can help you to stay healthy.

you are right.. its always good to have fresh vegetables and fruits. Most of the vegetables that are cultivated are using modern artificial chemical fertilizers.. These may cause harm to out body. So i request everyone to try to cultivate some easy growing vegetable or fruit plants by your self, if you have some place in your garden. That would be very useful.

You can never eat canned fruits that don't have any preservatives to it. It must have or it will rot asap. Eating fresh ones are the best.

Is the telementry just added to the dx3r or is there other options that are dropped when you get the DX3S. I like the telementry concept especially for temp control but If I losing options by getting it instaed of the dx3r then I will consider. Also anyone know how accurate they are?? Thanks

No doubt about that, aside from the freshness and delicious taste the nutrients these foods contain was incomparable. If you wanted a healthy living you at least start in the foods you intake.

As we all know, vegetables and fruits are beneficial to human beings, they provide us nutrition, water, energy and so on. Previously, when I saw them on farmlands or supermarkets, my mood would be pleased. But now, because of a series of healthy issues happened on them, I'm concerned.What can we eat confidently in the future?:confused:
