On Fruits and Vegetables

Preparing our body with natural ingredients found in nature without any preservatives or additives is the best way to ensure a long, healthy & happy life. Consume fresh fruits and vegetables as often as possible to maintain yourself in great health.

Hi,

I don't really like eating many fruits or especially vegetables, so the ones that I do eat I'd like to know are best for me.
So if someone could list some of the most healthy fruits/vegetables and some of the ones that aren't very health beneficial, that would be of great help to me! Thanks!

there are quite a few fruits that can help you to get healthy. fruits like tomato, orange, apple, banana - they all are very rich in water and they can help you to stay healthy.

Why not just drink water LOL?

Anyway, I agree with the thread starter. But I like to know further what is it in fruits and vegetables that apparently is better compared to meats and all others? I'm also curious if indeed plant life is better then why don't we see many nature-based medicines in the pharmacy? Or why we still need to eat plants instead of having the necessary ingredients in a capsule?

i forgot to mention those fruits are also rich in vitamins and other important nutrients (i believe). if you don't drink enough water in a day, i think you can eat these fruits as they have plenty of water inside them.

you are right.. its always good to have fresh vegetables and fruits. Most of the vegetables that are cultivated are using modern artificial chemical fertilizers.. These may cause harm to out body. So i request everyone to try to cultivate some easy growing vegetable or fruit plants by your self, if you have some place in your garden. That would be very useful.

You can never eat canned fruits that don't have any preservatives to it. It must have or it will rot asap. Eating fresh ones are the best.

Always.. its very good to follow herbal and natural way of life...

The people of previous century are healthy and strong and lived with long life, it was because of the food habits. The modern food and added ingredients makes our life span to decrease. If we realize it and move on to natural food, life would be very pleasant without any disease.. or illness.

yes, but that would require some space. unless you live in your own house and you have a garden it can be very tough to do that. besides, time is a factor.

On Fruits and Vegetables

Is the telementry just added to the dx3r or is there other options that are dropped when you get the DX3S. I like the telementry concept especially for temp control but If I losing options by getting it instaed of the dx3r then I will consider. Also anyone know how accurate they are?? Thanks

No doubt about that, aside from the freshness and delicious taste the nutrients these foods contain was incomparable. If you wanted a healthy living you at least start in the foods you intake.

As we all know, vegetables and fruits are beneficial to human beings, they provide us nutrition, water, energy and so on. Previously, when I saw them on farmlands or supermarkets, my mood would be pleased. But now, because of a series of healthy issues happened on them, I'm concerned.What can we eat confidently in the future?:confused:
